General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
On 25 May 2018 the Data Protection Act (DPA) was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). As a club we hold data, including personal information, about players, and are therefore subject to GDPR.
The first document below (Data Protection Policy) is for those involved in running the club, and sets out the requirements and responsibilities which the club must follow.
The second document below (Data Protection Privacy Notice) is for the players, and sets out why the club holds the data it does, how the club will use it, and what the club will do to protect that data.
